5:00 AM
Jason shows up on camera, wearing his typical suit, holding a cup of coffee, and walking into his study. He sits on the couch, turns on the flatscreen, and pours some Jameson into his coffee. He selects the video of his latest match, picks up a notebook and a pen, and begins to intently take notes as he studies the video; the coffee is on the end table forgotten. Jason rewinds the video several times, then selects another match of his to continue jotting in his notebook. After he watches half a dozen of his own matches, he drinks the now cold coffee and sets the cup down before walking steadily out of the study.
7:30 AM
Jason is in his private gym, wearing under-armor shorts and a shirt. Before beginning his training regime, he sits cross-legged, meditating, soaking in the silence. After fifteen minutes, Jason does a series of stretches and then prepares his weights. After turning on blaring Norse metal instrumental music, Jason begins his morning workout. He starts with the treadmill and then goes to the bench press. He then follows it up with several sets of squats. He then switches to the leg press and other machines, quickly becoming soaked in sweat. He then finishes his morning workout with doing a series of pushups and situps, going until he can't pick himself up.
8:45 AM
After showering and changing, Jason is sitting in his ranch-style dining room, eating a breakfast his personal chef has prepared for him, and watching one of his own films. The one he watches while he eats is a gory slasher with himself playing the big bad. As Jason looks at the heavy gore on the screen, his expression is stoic. Only at the very end, when Jason's character ends up being the reason everyone else dies does a small smile appear on his face. Before leaving his mansion, he finishes his breakfast and washes it down with a mimosa.
9:30 AM
Jason is on his boat on his private lake, enjoying the beautiful Montana day. He baits his hook and casts his line, setting up his pole in a secure spot. He opens up a blue cooler and cracks open a beer. As he waits for a bite, Jason grabs a thick paperback novel and sits his beer as he reads, occasionally checking his phone. He finishes his first beer and cracks open another one as his pole suddenly lurches, causing him to drop everything and frantically grab his fishing pole, starting to reel it in.
" Fight me all you want, you are mine!" Jason gleefully calls as he struggles to reel in his catch, which he is successful. He studies the large-mouth bass and decides to keep the catch. He baits the hook and casts the line again but decides to reel in the line after twenty minutes sighing.
" Looks like they're not biting right now." He then strips off his shirt and jumps in the water. After emerging to the surface he swims around for a while before floating on his back. After some time in the water, Jason climbs back in his boat and heads back to the boathouse, docking the boat and ordering the man inc charge of it to clean and prepare the fish he caught.
11:00
Jason heads to his garage where a wrestling ring is set up. A trainer stands in the middle, awaiting him with the notebook Jason wrote in earlier.
The two examine the notes and begin to work together in the ring on what Jason feels he needs to work on, namely his timing and his ground game. The two have a best-of-three series of matches where Jason only wins one, a fact that he clearly is upset about.
" Damn it John; you could go a little easy!" The trainer smirks and smacks him on the back.
" Come on J, what kind of friend would I be if I did that?"
" Whatever. You're just lucky you're retired, otherwise, I would be serious."
" Empty words J, empty words. Now, let's hit those bags huh?" Jason turns his attention to a punching bag in the corner and at John's instruction, begins working it.
12:30 PM
Jason is seen heading up a set of stairs to what appears to be a shrine of some sort behind his mansion. In his hands, he has a covered dish that he holds reverently. Once he reaches the top of the stone stairs, he enters the small shrine he has dedicated to his Norse gods. He lights candles and incense after making sure his offering dishes are clean. He uncovers the dish and gently places an offering of cooked fish meat on the plate. He then plays Heilung's Norupo, closes his eyes, and meditates.
1:00 PM
Jason eats the lunch prepared by his chef and then goes into his car. Show a general lack of care for traffic laws and other people on the road, Jason rockets to his local Barns and Noble where he buys the entirety of the Harry Dresden Files series. From there he goes into the local sporting goods store known as Scheels where he buys a lot of camping and hunting gear. As he heads back in his car, his car phone is called which he answers.
" Hello?"
" Yes, Mister Norman, how are you?" Jason's face widened into a smile.
" Paul Lucan, you bastard! How is my favorite Hollywood director doing today?!"
" I'm not sure yet, it depends on if you're going to accept the role I pitched to you."
" The zombie one?"
" The very same. so, do I tell the studio we have a deal or not?"
" Know what, sure, why not? It's been a while since I appeared in a major blockbuster film after all. When do you need me on set?"
" I'll text you the details later today. I'm really glad you said yes to this role. I put it together with you in mind. I'll talk to you later."
6:00 PM
A long white limo pulls up to a very fancy Italian restaurant. The driver of the li,o pulls the door open, and Jason steps out, wearing a very nice suit. He enters the restaurant where the waitress bows as if a king has just arrived.
" Would you like your usual spot Mister Ryan?" she asks.
" Yes, and have the guards as well. The last thing I want is for someone to recognize me and have the audacity to ask me for an autograph," Jason tells her. The waitress leads Jason to a booth and hands him a menu before leaving. Two men stand in front of the booth, the message being clear. " Mister Ryan will not be dealing with any of you tonight." Jason has an appetizer, an entree, and a dessert before leaving a very generous tip.
" No need to pay sir," Jason's waitress tells him as she collects his dishes. Jason sips on a cup of coffee as he gestures for her to sit down. Confused, the waitress does as instructed. At first, Jason says nothing as he continues to sip his coffee. He then sits the cup down and leans forward.
" I know a guy who has a bike."
10:00 PM
The roar of a Harley echoes through the city of Great Falls Montana. A cherry red motorcycle darts through the city's roads, and the restaurant waitress shrieks as she holds on to Jason as he pilots the machine. Jason is fearless as he drives the motorcycle, weaving in and out of traffic. He darts into an alleyway and pops a wheelie, causing the waitress to shriek again. Jas drives the bike throughout the backroad of the city,
Jason continues to drive the motorcycle recklessly before ending up at his boathouse where he invites the waitress out on the lake which she accepts. Jason pilots the boat on the lake and zooms around multiple times. Once they have finished with that, they go back to Jason's house where they have drinks at the bar in his study.
" So..." Jason starts as he makes himself a mimosa. " How is the plan going on your end?"
" I really don't see why you have me working at that damn restaurant. I hate it," the waitress groans.
" You know why Katrina. I need someone to watch the owner of that place. After all, he has been a thorn in my side for some time. And with everything I have going on, I can't afford any headaches." Katrina groans as she sips from her wine glass.
" Do you have my money by the way? it wasn't easy digging up the information on him. Do you have any idea how hard it is to sneak files out of a rehab center?"
" Of course Katrina, and thank you for your hard work." Jason hands her a thick envelope of cash. " Don't worry, you won't be working there for much longer. You'll be with me ringside before long. In fact, when I settle things with Buster, you'll be there. Consider it a gift. Now, make yourself at home. I have to leave for a flight." As Jason exits his study, he chuckles.
" It's good to be the King."
