Handler Name: Jax
Twitter handle (required): @lexcollins
Character Name: Lex Collins
Character Age: too old for this shit, too young to quit
Hometown: The Open Road
Pic Base or Description (Include hairstyle, tattoos, or distinguishing features if you don't have a picbase): George Stroumboulopoulos (bearded preferred but not required). His build is lean & muscular, more what you'd see on a distance runner or a middleweight boxer than your typical wrestler. He's usually got his dark hair slicked back for matches although it's got a tendendy to be unruly. His soulful dark eyes are bracketed by dark circles (damned Greek mutt heritage). His hair is starting to go silver, most noticeable on his cheeks and chin when he does sport that heavy beard although he's started shaving clean again recently, although usually has that stubble that all the models seem to want by the time he gets in the ring or in front of the camera. Has two piercings in both ears and is usually found wearing a battered silver skull ring.
Height & Weight: 6' & 198 lbs.
GEAR
Entrance Attire: Black Dickies brand heavy-duty button up work shirt (with the sleeves torn off). This has the BRUTAL APPAREL punching fist logo on the back and an embroidered red name badge that says "COLLINS" on the front. He wears this open with black/grey camouflage shorts, black kneepads, black wrestling boots with red laces and a studded belt with the Misfits skull for a belt buckle. Black flex tape on his fingers and up his wrists, similar to the way Triple H tapes up.
Ring Gear: same as entrance but he discards the work shirt at ringside, usually giving it to a fan.
Merchandise Description: various tees and tanks (always black), all with punk-themed logos. Most recent iteration, for example, is a variant on the classic RAMONES circle logo.

STORY
Biography (500 word max): Lex Collins earned every diehard fan he's got the hard way: through blood, sweat and perseverance. They were there when he finally cracked into the Main Event scene in mid-2013 while still employed with Full Throttle Wrestling, even though he nearly knocked all the sense out of himself crashing into that particular glass ceiling. They were there when he fought back against injustice and insanity. They were there when Matt Ford tried to bite his face off and they stuck with him when he left that dumpster fire for the greener pastures of the regional Louisville-based PCW where he finally captured his first World Championship. They were 100% behind him when PCW folded and he moved on to iiW, yet again defeating some of the biggest names in wrestling to capture their biggest prize. It became a cycle of upstart promotions popping up, Collins going on a tear, and them closing when he won a championship.
HE IS NOT BAD LUCK. FIVE TIMES IS JUST A REALLY WEIRD COINCIDENCE.
Fast forward to May of 2017 where Lex found his way to the World Wrestling Headquarters. Here he enjoyed a meteoric rise that saw him remain largely undefeated until Finn Whelan crossed his path. The two had a bitter rivalry and Lex refused to back down despite the odds being against him time and time again. He lost another championship (and his smile) and decided to take some time off. During this hiatus, he went back to Chicago to "find himself". There he reconnected with his estranged ex-wife Hannah, seeing his daughter Allegra for the first time in three years. The couple ended up renewing their vows (and nine months later welcoming a second daughter into the world).
Lex ended up drifting for the latter part of 2018, looking for a company that better matched his renewed outlook. The longest stint was in Riot Star Wrestling where he lasted 10 months, capturing two of their mid-card belts – he vacated when they signed a literal Nazi named Riddik (yeah, that guy). Another upstart promotion caught his eye and he signed with New York-based Five Boroughs Wrestling (5BW), becoming their first World Heavyweight Champion. When that run ended, he headed to Alpha Pro Wrestling, forming a group called The Architects with Smith Jones and Damon Warrens. They all held gold during their tenure. Frustrated with the state of the business, Collins took another leave in early 2020, opting to focus on his own mental health and his family.
He popped up for a quick run in Level Up when it first opened its doors, managing to go largely undefeated (until sustaining an injury at the hands of Jack Moreau). It was rumored that he was going to retire permanently from the business. Nine months passed before Collins appeared in MAINSTREAM wrestling, taking the company by storm. He also returned to 5BW, specifically to take part in the Ann Memorial Cup tournament (which he won).

RING ENTRANCE
Entrance Description (250 words max):
"One finger and a fist
I'll claw my way out of any situation
I got a one, two punch
I'll fight my way out of any confrontation"
The lights dim, strobes flashing as "One Finger And A Fist" by Drowning Pool blasts at ear-splitting volume over the arena sound system, getting a huge pop from the female fans in attendance. Lex Collins bursts through the curtain and sprints towards the ring.
"I got news for you
You're not the first one, won't be the last
Won't take abuse
I see you run son, you're running fast"
Midway there, Collins stops and shrugs out of his Brutal Apparel work shirt, tossing it into the crowd. He pauses for a few selfies with fans before hopping up on the apron and respectfully wiping his feet. Acknowledging the crowd, he presses his right fist over his heart to a huge pop before turning and springing over the rope.
